In general, items are shipped within 72 hours (business day) via regular post.

In order to avoid unintentional disappointments, please contact us before making a purchase if the product you want is required for a specific date. (Info@file13.ca) We will be able to inform you about the feasibility of delivering such product based on our inventory.

Although our main office is located in Canada, know that in order to maintain competitive prices, our products are manufactured in various parts of the world, mainly in Asia. Depending on stocks levels, they are either shipped directly to you form our internationaly located wearhouse or from our head office, located in Terbonne, Qc, Canada. Should you buy other File13 products along with your new SUNGLASSES, note that depending on our inventory, these purchases could be sent from any our warehouses in the world (Canada, USA, China).   This simply means that you might not get all you products in the same package.

Delivery times are approximately 15 working days for an uncustomized product. Allow 3 extra days for custom engraving. FILE13 is not responsible for customs fees that may be imposed by your customs services. If in doubt, contact us for more information.

180-DAY WARRANTY!

At Filière13 – File13 we are proud of our products and believe in the exceptional quality of these products. That’s why we offer a warranty against defects in workmanship, materials and shipping issues, causing damage, for a period of 180 days from the date of purchase. NO-2-YIKES®

NEW – For a period of 2 years following your purchase of FILE13 glasses, you will benefit from the NO-2-YIKES® policy free of charge. Thus, if you accidentally break your sunglasses within two years of purchase, we will offer a replacement (Same model or similar) at 50% OFF the regular price.
