RETURN POLICY AND REFUNDS
Filière13 now offers FLEX-BUY allowing you to buy hassle free online. In plain language, you buy your glasses on our website www.FILE13.ca, you try them in the comfort of your home and in front of the people who are dear to you. If they do not suit you, you return them to us at no charge for a full refund. It’s that simple ! You will find here all the details about your FLEX-BUY.
Returns of good non-defective (FLEX-BUY)
Our returns and refunds policy is 7 days after the purchase or receipt of an item. If 7 days have passed since the receipt of your purchase, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must (as the case may be)
To be unused and in the same state as the day of its reception. It must also be in its original packaging.
Some items can not be returned:
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, used, or damaged by misuse and unconventional use.
To make your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

NO RETURN / EXCHANGE WILL BE ACCOMPANIED WITHOUT THOSE YOU HAVE COMMUNICATED WITH FILIÈRE13 – FILE13 IN ADVANCE.
Refund (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to inform you of the good reception of your returned item. We will also tell you if your refund is accepted or not.
If accepted, your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be added to your credit card or original payment method. Please allow 14 working days for the credit application.
Refund late or missing (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take time before your refund officially appears.
Then contact your bank. A processing time is sometimes necessary before a refund appears.

Sale items (if any)
Only items at their normal price and on sale can be refunded. Items in liquidation are unfortunately not refunded.
Exchanges (if any)
We only replace unworn, unused and undamaged items. In the case of item damaged on receipt or with a manufacturing defect, please refer to the WARRANTY section of this website.
The shipping costs to return your item are OUR charge.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

NO-2-YIKES … WHAT IS NOT SEVERE
For a period of 2 years following your purchase of FILE13 glasses, you will benefit the NO-2-YIKES® policy Unique to File-13. Thus, if you accidentally break your sunglasses within two years of purchase we will offer a replacement (same mount or similar) at a 50% promotional price, including free shipping if the purchase exceeds $ 75.
