WARRANTY
1 – Return / Exchange (damaged products)
a – General
At Filière13 – File13 we are proud of our products and believe in the exceptional quality of these products. That’s why we offer a warranty against defects in workmanship, materials and shipping issues, causing damage, for a period of 180 days (6 months) from the date of purchase.
b – Procedure
Upon submission of a claim, via the online form and with proof of purchase, Filière13 – File13 will assess the situation and send you instructions regarding the routing, at our expense, of your products to our facilities.
Filière13 – File13 reserves the right to determine if the problem (s) presented represent (s) manufacturing, production and / or handling defects. If a product is found to be defective, Filière13 – File13 will repair or replace, at its option, the product without charge.
All requests must be submitted directly via the online warranty claim form.
The following forms of proof of purchase are acceptable for purchases made at one of our authorized retailers:
- Your Filière13 – File13 order number;
- Copy of your purchase contract;
- Receipt of your credit card and / or paypal.
Note that the transaction date must be visible on your proof of purchase.
c – Shipping costs
In the event that the claim is deemed legitimate, shipping costs will be covered by Filière13 – File13.
In the event that an abusive claim is presented, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
2 – NO-2-YIKES
a – General
For a period of 2 years following your purchase of FILE13 glasses, you will benefit from the policy NO-2-YIKES! ® Unique to File13. Thus, if you accidentally break your sunglasses within two years of purchase we will offer a replacement (same mount or similar) at a 50% promotional price, including free shipping if the purchase exceeds $ 75. . b – Procedure
When you want to take advantage of the policy No-2-yikes! Simply complete the online form with proof of purchase and damage photos of your glasses. Filière13 – File13 will evaluate the situation and send you, within 24 hours, the instructions to complete your new purchase at 50% of the original price.

c – Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be covered by Filière13 – File13 to the extent that the total of the new purchase is greater than $ 75 (cad).

In the limit of stocks
No credit and / or refund under this policy.
