Despite, the fact our watches of the same model might all look similar at first glance, each of them has a personality of their own! Their uniqueness rests on the grain of wood that differs from one tree to another. Therefore, our images may differ slightly from reality.

Otherwise, FILE13 offers delivery in CANADA and INTERNATIONAL, at a flat rate of $ 10. (Based on current exchange rates, approximately US $ 7.60 / 6.5 EURO / GBP 5.70 / AUD 10) In general, items are shipped within 72 hours (business day) via regular post.
In order to avoid unintentional disappointments, please contact us before making a purchase if the product you want is required for a specific date. (Info@file13.ca) We will be able to inform you about the feasibility of delivering such product based on our inventory.
Although our main office is located in Canada, know that in order to maintain competitive prices, our products are manufactured in various parts of the world, mainly in Asia. They are subsequently imported into Canada, either directly to your residence or through our facilities. Depending on our inventory, our watches could be sent from any our warehouses in the world (Canada, USA, China). FILE13 is not responsible for customs fees that may be imposed by your customs services. If in doubt, contact us for more information.
Delivery times are approximately of 15 working days. Allow 3 extra days for custom engraving. Note that File13 and its suppliers are not responsible for any delays and / or tariffs generated by the postal and / or customs services. Should you require a faster service, please contact us as we might be in a position to offer you more options.
